We want shopping at Manufakturo to be convenient and hassle-free for you. We deliver our products to both companies and individual customers – and to most European countries! Regardless of the delivery location, we always ensure the highest quality of service.

By default, products in stock are packed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours. During promotional periods and times of increased demand, the packaging time may be extended up to 5 business days.

We handle oversized shipments via pallet transport through a trusted logistics operator GEODIS or SUUS. We cooperate only with reliable carriers, and each shipment is carefully secured to reach you in perfect condition.

For customers expecting the highest comfort, we offer Premium – White Glove Delivery with carrying-in service, provided through the company SUUS. As part of this service, the shipment will be carried into the premises by a professional transport team (details and availability are arranged individually before order fulfillment).

We will keep you informed by email about the status of your order, and if you have any questions – we are available by phone.

The delivery cost is calculated automatically depending on the delivery location.

If your address does not appear in our online store, write to us at office@manufakturo.eu – we will find the best solution and arrange safe transport.

Delivery information

• Packaging time: Items in stock are packed within 48h. During promotions and periods of increased demand, this time may extend up to 5 business days.
• Shipping is carried out by pallet transport to the building entrance (without carrying in in the standard option).
• The courier in the standard option is not obliged to carry the goods into the premises, upstairs, or into a room.
• We offer a Premium – White Glove Delivery (carrying in) option provided by SUUS as an additional service available upon prior arrangement.
• Delivery is free throughout Europe (excluding islands and hard-to-reach locations — arranged individually).
• Delivery takes place on business days during courier company working hours.
• The carrier may contact by phone to arrange the delivery date — please provide a valid phone number and answer calls.
• The Customer is obliged to ensure access for a truck/pallet vehicle to the delivery address (hardened driveway, no height restrictions/gates preventing entry).

Very important – packaging and pallet

The product is delivered on a pallet and must be unpacked by the Customer.

• The pallet is non-returnable and remains with the Customer.
• The Customer is required to keep the original box and protective elements (cartons, styrofoam, foils) throughout the warranty period.

Packaging is necessary in the case of:

• complaint submission,
• service repair,
• product exchange,
• arranging pickup by the courier.

If the original packaging is missing, the Customer is obliged to provide appropriate protection for the product during transport. The courier does not have packing materials.
