What materials is the furniture made of?
Manufakturo furniture is made exclusively of high-quality, durable and aesthetic materials, such as:
- Premium synthetic leather - abrasion-resistant, easy to clean and pleasant to the touch.
- High-density memory foam - provides comfort and long-lasting elasticity.
- Graphene sponge – a modern foam enriched with graphene that provides excellent elasticity, thermoregulation, and hygienic properties. It resists deformation and guarantees long-lasting comfort.
- Stainless steel (electropolished or galvanized) - guarantees structural stability and elegant appearance.
- Solid wood and furniture boards with increased durability - used in the structure of furniture for solidity and strength.
All materials are carefully selected with the daily, intensive work in professional salons in mind.
Is the furniture resistant to moisture and cleaning products?
Yes. Manufakturo furniture is made of materials resistant to moisture and gentle cleaning agents used in the beauty industry. Premium synthetic leather upholstery is easy to care for and does not absorb moisture, and the furniture structure (including steel elements and protected panels) is resistant to corrosion and swelling due to water.
To maintain aesthetics and durability, we recommend avoiding aggressive detergents based on alcohol, chlorine or bleach.
Do you offer furniture personalization (e.g. color, upholstery)?
Yes, we offer furniture personalization options – you can choose the color, upholstery type, and other finishing details. Simply contact our team and we'll help you choose the perfect piece to suit your needs.

How long does it take to process an order?
Delivery time depends on the availability of a given model:
Personalised/made to order products - production takes 6 to 12 weeks , as the furniture is created specifically according to your specifications (e.g. colour, finish, functions).
Products available immediately – selected models in our warehouse are shipped immediately after placing the order .
Information about the availability of a given product can be found on its card.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery for all orders within Europe.
Is an exchange possible?
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges.
Payments

Can I buy furniture on a lease?
Yes. For business customers, we offer leasing through LeaseLink. It is a quick online decision, minimal paperwork, and the possibility to spread payments over time — an ideal solution when equipping a salon.
Do you offer 0% installment payments?
Yes. We offer the option to purchase with a 0% installment plan, allowing you to spread the payment without extra charges, maintaining your financial liquidity.
Can I pay by card or fast online transfer?
Of course. Payments by card (debit or credit) as well as quick bank transfers are carried out through Przelewy24, which guarantees security and immediate transaction confirmation.
Is deferred payment available?
Yes. We offer payment through Klarna, which allows you to defer payment or spread it out in installments — depending on the chosen option.
Can I pay by traditional bank transfer?
Yes. If you prefer a traditional bank transfer, after placing the order you will receive all the necessary payment details.
Do you offer payment upon delivery?

Is the meeting held individually?
Yes. Visits to the showroom take place only by prior arrangement, which allows us to give you our full attention, have a relaxed conversation, and prepare a presentation tailored to your needs.
How long does a meeting in the showroom last?
For your appointment, we set aside about 60 minutes, but we do not watch the clock. We will give you exactly as much time as you need to calmly look over the furniture, talk about your salon, and choose the best solutions. We care about the comfort and quality of the meeting, not rushing.
May I see specific models or materials?
Of course. If you have specific furniture, series, or finishes in mind, let us know when booking — we will prepare them especially for your visit.
