During the warranty period, if any issues arise, we will provide you with efficient and satisfactory service. To fully benefit from the warranty, please read the following conditions.

Warranty scope

Hydraulic pumps and bases – 12 months – limited warranty.
Wrinkles in vinyl on seating surfaces are a natural effect of aging and use – they are not considered defects.
Discoloration or staining of vinyl caused by wear, hair dyes, bleach, or transfer of dyes from clothing is not covered by the warranty.
All plumbing installations must be performed by a licensed plumber. Lack of documentation confirming proper installation voids the warranty.
Fading caused by sun exposure is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty does not cover

Parts that wear out due to normal use.
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, repair attempts, or natural forces.
Defects visible at the time of purchase.
Damage resulting from careless transport, accidents, or assembly errors.
Using the furniture contrary to instructions, lack of care, or improper care.
Discoloration caused by prolonged sun exposure.
Damage caused by pets.
Modifications and repairs made by the customer.
Natural variations in shades and material texture.
Missing parts and defects in display furniture that were known at the time of purchase.

How to file a claim?

To speed up the claim process, prepare all necessary documents and provide as detailed a description of the problem as possible.

Step 1

Prepare the proof of purchase and the warranty card.

Step 2

Describe the defect in detail and send the claim by email or in writing.

Step 3

We will respond to your claim within 14 days. If we do not, the claim will be automatically accepted.

Step 4

Repair or replacement of parts takes up to 30 days from claim approval or up to 90 days if parts need to be ordered.
