To fully benefit from the warranty, please read the terms and conditions below.
Scope of warranty:
✅ Hydraulic Pumps and Bases – 2-Year Limited Warranty
✅ Vinyl wrinkles on the seat surfaces are a natural result of aging and use - they are not considered a defect
✅ Vinyl discoloration or discoloration caused by wear and tear, hair dye, bleach, or transfer of dye from clothing is not covered by the warranty
✅ All plumbing installations must be performed by a licensed plumber . Lack of documentation confirming proper installation voids the warranty.
✅ Fading due to sun exposure is not covered by warranty .
The warranty does not cover:
❌ Parts that wear out as a result of normal use
❌ Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, attempted repairs or acts of nature
❌ defects visible at the time of purchase,
❌ damage resulting from careless transport, random events or assembly errors,
❌ use of the furniture contrary to the instructions, lack of care or improper care,
❌ discoloration caused by prolonged exposure to the sun,
❌ damage caused by animals,
❌ alterations and repairs performed by the customer,
❌ natural differences in shades and structure of materials,
❌ deficiencies and defects in exhibition furniture that were known at the time of purchase.
How to file a complaint?
1️⃣ When filing a complaint, please prepare your proof of purchase and warranty card .
2️⃣ Describe the defect in detail and send the report by e-mail or in writing .
3️⃣ We will respond to your report within 14 days - if we do not do this, the complaint will automatically be deemed justified.
4️⃣ Repair or replacement of components takes a maximum of 30 days from the acceptance of the complaint (or up to 90 days if it is necessary to import parts).
📦 Check the completeness of the furniture and glass elements upon receipt.
Damage not visible upon delivery (e.g. hidden during transport) must be reported within 7 days , while retaining the original packaging.
