CONTEST RULES "Add a Review and Win a Refund up to 1000 PLN"

§1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the contest is Manufakturo sp. z o.o., located at Ogródkowa 10, Zaborze 32 - 600, NIP: 5492487759, REGON: 543446089, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".
2. The contest is conducted through the Organizer's online store.
3. The purpose of the contest is to promote the Organizer's products and encourage customers to publish reviews of purchased products.
4. The contest is not a game of chance, promotional lottery, or mutual bet within the meaning of applicable law. The winner is selected based on the evaluation of submissions by the Organizer's committee.

§2. Participants

1. A participant in the contest may be a natural person who:
    * is at least 18 years old,
    * has purchased a product in the Organizer's store,
    * has added a review regarding the purchased product in accordance with the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.

§3. Participation Rules

1. To participate in the contest, you must:
    a) purchase a product in the Organizer's store,
    b) add a review regarding the purchased product,
    c) attach at least one photo of the purchased product taken by yourself.
2. The review must relate to the actual experience of using the product.
3. The Organizer may reject submissions containing content that is:
    * illegal,
    * offensive,
    * promotional,
    * infringing on the rights of third parties,
    * unrelated to the product.

§4. Winner Selection

1. The contest takes place in monthly cycles.
2. After the end of each month, the Organizer selects one winner.
3. The selection is based in particular on:
    * the substantive value of the review,
    * the detail of the review,
    * the quality and aesthetics of the photos,
    * the usefulness of the review for future customers.
4. The committee's decision is final.

§5. Prize

1. The prize is a refund of the order value related to the winning review, up to a maximum of 1000 PLN gross.
2. If the order value was less than 1000 PLN, the refund covers the actual order value.
3. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the winner within 30 days of providing the data.
4. The prize is not exchangeable for another.

§6. Announcement of Results

1. Contest results are published once a month during a LIVE broadcast on the Organizer's Instagram profile and may also be published on the website and social media.
2. The winner will also be informed by email.

§7. Rights to Reviews and Photos

1. By submitting a review and photos, the participant declares that they are the author and hold the rights to their use.
2. The participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, free license to use the submitted reviews and photos for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes, in particular on the website, social media, advertising materials, and catalogs.
3. The license is granted without territorial restrictions for a period of 5 years.

§8. Personal Data

1. The data controller of participants' personal data is the Organizer.
2. Data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the contest, selecting the winner, awarding the prize, and fulfilling legal obligations.
3. Detailed information regarding data processing is available in the store's Privacy Policy.

§9. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the contest can be submitted by email to: office@manufakturo.eu.
2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

§10. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are effective from 29.06.2026.
2. The Terms and Conditions are available on the Organizer's website.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
